Statement of Faith

All City Gate Christian Marketplace Business Members have signed a Statement of Faith and thereby agree to the following.

1)  There is only one true and Living God, and He exists in the three person Trinity; God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

2) All scripture is given by the inspiration of God.

  • Timothy 3:16

3) Jesus was sinless but willingly dies on the cross for our sins.  He rose from the dead, defeating death once and for all.  He ascended to Heaven and sits on the right hand of God the Father.

  • Matthew 28:2-6
  • Acts 1:9

4) Jesus is the only way to Heaven.  We are saved by grace through faith.  We must be born again, which is to confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that Jesus is Lord.

5) Jesus is coming back for His church, which is to be found without spot or wrinkle.
